Not weather or they’re qualified! Weather or not they’re happy and content. Weather or not they have a “Beef” with the world. Weather or not they’ve acheived a level of success, subsqeuent;y failed, and have still managed to find their happiness. You know where I’m going with I hope? This person deosn’t have biases. They’ll be honest. They may not have all the data and information, but you’re getting clear thought, based on their experience and knowledge levels! You’re getting honesty!
